1. Create your ticklist.
What's your budget for rent? What area are you looking to live in? What kind of house are you looking for? Developing a clear picture here makes the process much easier.
2. Search for a rental property
Head down to our office at 112 Palmerin Street in Warwick and chat to one of our property managers who can guide you to the properties that are a good fit for you! Alternatively, jump online and filter results using your criteria.
3. Inspect the property
Visiting a property in person is the key to ensuring you know what you're committing too. Inspections can be busy, so make sure you know what you're looking for - will it fit your furniture? Does it have enough storage? How secure is the property?
